Oversees staff and milk lab operations, as well as, performs duties of an Enteral Nutrition Specialist. Coordinates schedules, trains, assists leadership in the application of corporate, hospital, and milk lab policies, and maintains supply logs. Milk Lab experience is preferred.• Registration as a Dietetic Technician is preferred.
• Requires the ability to learn and master basic food safety, infection control and sanitation.
• Requires the ability to operate designated equipment.
• Requires intermediate proficiency typing and using Microsoft Office applications.

Milk Lab experience is preferred.- High School Diploma or GED certificate required and 3-5 Years of experience.
