Job Description

Overview

This role in our South Central Region provides comprehensive Cerner support and analysis to optimize the adoption and utilization of the electronic medical record (EMR) system. Identifies gaps and inefficiencies related to workflow and usage of the EMR system. Collaborates with the Clinical Informatics team and Outpatient Providers to support EMR system planning, implementation, and end user training. Designs, implements, and delivers training activities as well as end-user support to improve EMR system adoption and optimization. Maintains records of training activities and results.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Cerner Outpatient Workflow experience
  • Previous experience building relationships with Providers


 Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to travel 10-15% within Indiana.
• Ability to work flexible hours (some overnight and weekend hours required).
• 3-5 years relevant clinical, healthcare, or training experience required. , Cerner Electronic Medical Record experience preferred.
