Overview

Represents Design & Constructions (D&C) in key initiatives and transitions, in support of Corporate Real Estate (CRE) across the IU Health system, leads and staffs system and department process improvement initiatives as assigned. 

Serves as a liaison to Corporate Real Estate, providing technical support and guidance to Corporate Real Estate and Design and Construction staff. Including but not limited to developing discovery information to be used in populating proformas for operational leaders requesting space, include square foot, cost, and time to build estimates or new lease/purchases. Provide project management support and oversight for managing TI awards through 3rd party leases across the IU Health portfolio. Serve as internal PM coordinator for handoffs, post execution of lease or purchases, interface with property owners, brokers, and governmental agencies as required. Oversee and manage the repair and renovation spend and project build-out of CRE owned assets. 

Assists D&C leadership in managing/training best practices in Project Management including department metrics (e.g. schedule, budget, local and disadvantaged business participation, sustainability, cost/escalation, safety, etc) in support of effective project delivery for IU Health D&C.
