Job Description

Overview

Riley Pediatric Dentistry is seeking experience registration and administrative office team members for our growing team. This is a rewarding career for individuals who are passionate about helping the children of Indiana. Our team is high energy, friendly, and knowledgeable. We provided excellent care with a compassionate touch.

Ideal candidates will have the following:

  • Dental or Medical office experience.
  • Working knowledge of medical/dental coding and billing.
  • Knowledge of Dentrix or Dexis computer programs. (or like EMR applications)
  • An interest in learning and growing.
  • Willingness to work with patients and families with special behavioral or health needs.
  • Desire to make a difference in someone’s life.
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the AHA preferred.
  • Requires 2-4 years of relevant experience in a health care setting.
  • Requires experience in admitting and billing or collections.
  • Requires ability to learn and retain medical coding; ICD-10; CPT coding experience preferred.
  • Requires knowledge and understanding of hospital policies and procedures relating to claims submission.
  • Requires ability to interpret insurance information; knowledge of clinical practices and medical terminology preferred.
  • Requires basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
