Human Resources Manager - Physician and Provider

Job Description

Overview

Manages the delivery of comprehensive HR support to physicians and providers. Leads comprehensive talent management, employee relations, and basic compensation, benefit, and payroll processes. Partners with HR teams to design and deliver best practice HR strategies and operations with a high touch approach. Serves as a trusted resource for leaders, physicians, and providers, while addressing high priority, sensitive issues as needed.
 Bachelor's Degree with emphasis in Human Resources, Business and/or Health Care or equivalent experience required. Master's Degree is preferred.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience required.
• Requires knowledge of software applications including Microsoft Outlook, Access, Word, and Excel.
• Requires the ability to maintain confidentiality of personal and sensitive data.
