Seeking a transformational leader with strong interpersonal skills to build partnerships with IUHP Providers and Facility Leaders. Leader must be able to flex to the demands of the Department of Emergency Medicine, analyze data, and utilize findings to improve performance. Must have ability to thrive in a complex, high acuity environment. Partners with Medical Directors and Facility Leaders to plan and direct the operational activities of the Emergency Departments they serve. Oversees adherence to the organization policies and proper communication to and involvement of subordinate personnel regarding Practice Operations. Plans, organizes, and directs daily operations in partnership with Medical Director and Lead Advanced Practice Providers to include staffing, growth and improvement, financial performance, and customer service. Accountable for operational and financial performance results of Emergency Departments as it relates to the Physician Group.
Practice Administrator will lead the Emergency Medicine specialty within Community Medicine located in the Lafayette, IN area.
