Job Description

Overview

Manages outreach activities to ensure alignment with the organization's defined outreach priorities. Directs the accurate reporting and appropriate expansion of community benefit activities and oversees the management of the area's volunteer database to leverage organizational partnerships. Provides support in the management of community partnerships and facilitates the sharing of community outreach best practices. Partners with leadership in the strategic planning and the attainment of goals for area of responsibility.
 Bachelor's Degree is required. Master's Degree is preferred.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience is required.
• Requires experience in designing and facilitating training for adults and presenting to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Requires experience working with executive level leadership and other external stakeholders.
• Requires knowledge of federal and state community benefit/nonprofit status requirements.
• May require some travel within the state of Indiana.
