Job Description

Overview

Partners with customers to successfully execute business objectives. Manages talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, career coaching and development, and basic compensation and benefits processes. Performs workforce planning analysis to ensure the right recruiting strategies are in place and being executed effectively, coaches and assists leaders in selecting the best talent, assists leaders in addressing employee relations and performance issues, and takes the lead on implementing system wide HR projects or initiatives such as annual performance reviews, employee engagement, and succession planning. Works independently and provides guidance to less experienced team members.
 Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, related field, or equivalent years of experience is required.
• 5-7 years of relevant Human Resources experience required.
• Requires experience in the design, development, and execution of human resource programs in matrix and complex work environment.
• Requires detailed knowledge of internet sourcing and recruiting best practices.
• Requires basic knowledge of compensation structures and experience applying processes and guidelines.
• Requires experience working independently and exhibiting professional judgment and diplomacy in handling unexpected, complex issues and frequent interruptions that may require immediate attention.
• Able to guide the application of HR related regulations and laws (e.g. ; FLSA; COBRA; ADA; FMLA; etc.).
• Requires basic proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
