Donor Engagement Specialist

Job Description

Overview

Leads with passion and commitment to enhance health and well-being while inspiring generosity across the state of Indiana. Builds a donor engagement program focused on immersion experiences in clinical settings. Responsible for strategic relationship management with internal and external stakeholders. Ensures compliance with budget parameters, brand standards, donor confidentiality and fundraising best practice. Master's Degree preferred.

 Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience required.
• Working knowledge of fundraising software, i.e. Raiser's Edge.
• Proficiency in MS office required (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment preferred.
