Apply for a Team Lead position for Southern Indiana Physicians Clinical Informatics team!
This position is expected to be highly knowledgeable with Cerner and ambulatory clinic workflows. Would be relied upon for leading projects related to the EMR and giving direction to the team and stakeholders on best practices in using the system. Oversees day-to-day functions within a team and provides advice and guidance as necessary. Conducts training sessions with employees so they feel equipped with new knowledge and skills to remain current. Utilizes expertise to assist in dispersing assignments and reviews assignments for accuracy and quality. Develops strategies for the team to utilize to reach goals.
Experience: 3-5 years of technical experience using Cerner scheduling, Cerner Powerchart, Leadership training or experience (i.e. Emerging Leaders, leading projects), Cerner implementations.
Hours: 8-5pm weekdays with the occasional exception of support weekends for go-live projects
