Job Description

Overview

The Division of Adolescent Medicine is seeking a Clinical-Supervisor (RN) for our busy and growing outpatient clinical programs. Adolescent Medicine at IUH focuses on Adolescent Consultations, has the only Gender Health program in the state, Reproductive Health, and works in collaborative clinics with many other Riley subspecialties. The ideal candidate will be able to show leadership, professional communication, team-building, process improvement and will optimize and manage daily clinic flow. The clinical supervisor will serve as the lead for our team of nursing, medical assistant, social work, and registration staff and will work closely with faculty and trainees in the division.

 High School diploma or equivalency required.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in a physician practice required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school (RN)
• ASN acceptable.
• CPR certified or the ability to become CPR certified within a 90-day period of employment
• BSN preferred
