Description

This position will support the CVO leader(s), Team members and Customers with meeting the ever changing needs of the Central Verification Office; ensuring the safety of our patients and a consistent Primary Source Verification process for our practitioners. As well as training of the CVO team and customers, which includes but is not limited to creating standard work, job aids and formal training sessions. Working with the CVO team members and customers to solve moderately complex problems; analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures. Prioritizes and organizes based on the needs of the CVO team, customers and organization.

Responsibilities

Requires the ability to establish and maintain a collaborative relationship with all team members, customers, IS, vender's and Leadership. As well as set and adjust priorities, maintain high level of confidentiality in regards to practitioner information. Upon acceptance will learn all required team member and Business Analyst task, create Standard work and job aids, conduct training and quality reviews of Practitioner data in MSOW and make recommendations for process improvement ideas. And will serve as an liasons between the CVO and IS, CVO and Vender IS.

As well as Leverages knowledge and experiences gained from learning the current processes to ensure best practices are being implemented in day-to-day work to ensure the CVO is in align with the IU Health Values of Excellence, Team and Compassion.

Execution - Addresses problems directly and implements objectives effectively. Produces on time, high-quality work deliverables. Applies basic project management principles, and applies logical, consistent and organized standard work practices while following our values of Compassion, Team and Excellence.

Customer Focus - Providing Great Customer Service while identifying current and short term customer needs and ensures the effective delivery of high quality and value added solutions, as well as training and Standard work and Job aids that meet or exceed customer expectations. Following the IU Health values of Excellence and Team.

Independent Judgment - Exhibits sound professional judgment and diplomacy in handling unexpected problems and frequent interruptions that require immediate action or attention. Escalates issues appropriately in a timely and effective manner to the CVO Leader, while following our values of Excellence, Team, Compassion and our connection to Purpose.

Analysis - Analyzes problems and opportunities as they arise. Takes into account all fact-based and stakeholder information available in order to evaluate alternatives and make sound recommendations. Asks appropriate follow up questions to to determine the root cause of the problem; following the IU Health values of Excellence and Team.

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 0- 3 years of experience required.
• Requires Experience implementing, training and supporting applications.
• Requires experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Vizio, Word, excel, etc...).
• Requires experience Presenting/facilitating/ leading Team/Webex meetings.
• Requires experience with process improvement planning, implementation and Training.
