Overview

Apply for a Program Manager with our Member Services Team at IU Health in downtown Indianapolis (onsite)!

This role manages operations and delivery of call center services including ongoing analysis, strategic development, and implementation of key call center/member services initiatives. Provides recommendations for efficient and productive use of team members, materials and financial resources. Provides continuous leadership, development, and career opportunities for team members. Sets performance objectives/metrics and defines tools to measure progress and ensure consistent achievement of business objectives. Presents call center/member services plans, reports and presentations to internal and external customers. Develop and designs processes that align to the member experience with service standards. Oversees Call Center/Member Services data auditing, analytics and reporting.

 Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Requires 5-7 years of relevant and complex project management experience.
• Program management experience is preferred.
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
• Requires experience working in a complex, matrix environment.
