Specialist Supply Chain Clinical - SCO Organizational Excellence

Job Description

Overview

Supports the Director of Organizational Excellence through the oversight and management of the quality and compliance program. Serves as a clinical resource within supply chain to maintain a preeminent stature related to system recall management quality outcomes. Works collaboratively with other departments and vendors to establish a culture of compliance. Responsible for routine system audits to identify process gaps, risk, and safety concerns. Oversee system training to educate key stakeholders and process owners on compliance activities, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Serves as the policy champion for system supply chain, responsible in collaborating with policy owners to create, revise, audit written procedures, and manage the policy dashboard on behalf of the department. Performs other assigned duties to support the overall strategy of supply chain. 

 Bachelor's degree in a clinical field required.
• 5 years of experience in a clinical area of healthcare is required, preferably in an acute care setting.
• Strong verbal, written and strategic/analytical skills are required.
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint software applications; statistical software applications experience preferred.
• Requires experience in project management, presentation development, analytics, and customer service.
• Must be proficient in the use of Supply Chain business systems and tools.
• May be required to travel to various locations as needed.
