IU Health Tipton Hospital has provided patient-centered care to residents of Tipton County and surrounding communities for more than 65 years.  It is an acute care hospital offering personalized care and wide range of medical specialties and services including 25 private patient rooms, including ICU and PCU rooms, diagnostic services, women’s services, four surgical suites and a 24/7 emergency department serving adults and children.   IU Health Tipton Hospital is fully accredited by The Joint Commission and is also a member of the American Hospital Association, the Indiana Hospital Association and the Indiana Rural Health Care Association.

The CT Tech performs diagnostic procedures, in a timely fashion, while demonstrating the appropriate knowledge and skills necessary to work with patients from pediatric through geriatric. Follows physician's instructions, prepares and operates equipment and positions patients correctly in order to record the requested diagnostic images. Treats patients with care and respect.

This is a fully benefitted opportunity.    Monday – Friday full-time day shift, 11:00 am – 7:00 pm.

  • Must be registered by the American Registry of Radiology Technology (ARRT).
  • CT Registration through ARRT or NMTCB required within 12 months of hire.
  • License from Indiana State Department of Health.
  • Minimum of one year of experience as radiologic technologist preferred or advanced training in medical imaging technology.
  • Requires ability to maneuver equipment and improvise positions when the condition of the patient does not permit routine positioning.
  • Basic Life Support certification required.
