Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a Practice Manager to support our Business Solutions division of IU Health. Our Business Solutions division supports 13+ clinics state-wide. Does this sound like an opportunity for you? Apply today!

This role will manage 20 team members, including Registered Nurses and Medical Assistants. No weekends, No Holidays, No on-call, and a hybrid remote/in office flexible schedule. Travel will be required to visit the different clinics with no overnight travel needed, mileage reimbursement available.

The Practice Manager assists in the planning, directing and overall operation of business operations. Accountable for day-to-day operations of the department through implementation of strategy, policy, direction and action plans. Manages the ongoing analysis, development, and implementation of methods and systems to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of services and functions. Accountable for driving preeminence throughout the assigned area. Preeminence is being acknowledged as a leader in quality, clinical care, education and research by your peers. Acts as a partner of the IU Health leadership team and participates in the strategic planning and the attainment of goals for area of responsibility.

 Bachelor's Degree is required or equivalent years of experience.
• Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Requires experience in financial or business operations.
• Requires experience managing multiple complex projects involving multiple customers, interests and goals.
• Experience in Lean Six Sigma or other performance improvement methodologies is preferred.
• Requires knowledge of state and federal laws relative to assigned area.
