As part of the Medical Operations Data team, acts as a liaison between clinical and technical teams for a wide range of projects including application upgrades and data integration activities. Assesses and interprets customer needs and objectives to enhance existing applications and processes through building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Develops process flows, gathers requirements, and builds and executes test plans to determine the accuracy/thoroughness of data and support delivery of initiatives. Documents and tests against requirements, develops training and supports go-live activities for customer teams. Utilizes ability to quickly learn multiple software applications and acquired expertise with data flows to contribute to identifying new efficiency opportunities and automating manual processes. Works closely with development colleagues to test and implement new data sources and data flows for customer teams. Solves complex problems. Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines.
Hours: M-F day hours, only varies if a go-live, which is rare (potential for 1-2 times a year)!
