This position participates in managing, assessing, coordinating and reporting on various Revenue Cycle Services (RCS) projects of a confidential and often sophisticated nature while using independent judgment, analytical ability and self-direction. Responsible for providing decision making, leadership and planning for operational improvement projects. Works with RCS Management to coordinate projects as assigned. This position stays advised on assigned projects to ensure the organization is prepared to proactively address and resolve issues and requests as appropriate. Works independently and researches technical issues with little or no assistance. This position reviews and prepares project-related documents.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred. PMP (Project Management Process) certification preferred. Requires project management experience.
  • Requires facilitation skills to optimally coordinate and empower an inter-disciplinary team to accomplish project goals in a tight timeframe.
  • Requires ability to prioritize and process multiple complex projects; deadlines; and processes with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Requires ability to gain knowledge of system departments and affiliate organizations.
  • Experience in Lean Six Sigma or other performance improvement methodologies preferred.
  • Requires ability to maintain confidential communication and use judgment and discretion.
  • Requires strong written, verbal, presentation and customer service skills.
  • Requires ability to exercise good judgment within established guidelines, and demonstrate maturity as a visible representative of the organization.
  • Requires ability to promote teamwork and build effective relationships.
  • Ability to work independently, and self-motivate.
