The Project Manager - Senior leads and directs high-priority, complex portfolios of projects for business initiatives. They communicate status updates and delivery expectations to teams and stakeholders. This individual manages projects according to the methodology, timeline, and budget of the organization. Additionally, they own quality assurance, oversight of resources assigned to project objectives, and ensure that projects are delivered within the committed scope and budget. Lastly, they work with business groups to build trust and credibility, understand their concerns, and help them understand any project challenges.
This role will include strategy-based project management and a rather large scope that will provide opportunities to work with the Executive Team and various teams throughout the IU Health system. Master facility planning experience would be beneficial.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Healthcare Industry experience a plus.
• Experience working in a complex, matrix environment.

- Requires Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent years of experience.
- PMP certification preferred.
