Apply for a Team Lead- Clinical Informatics role with IU Health! This will be a M-F 40 hour/week full time role with onsite (Bloomington, IN) and some remote opportunities throughout the week.

The Team Lead is responsible for allocating projects to the proper resources within the team. The Team Lead must be able to solve complex problems by leveraging the team’s strengths as subject matter experts. The expectation is to also travel to other sites within the South Central Region on a regular cadence and other IU Health organizations as needed.  Some addition duties include but are not limited to oversees day-to-day functions within a team and provides advice and guidance as necessary. Conducts training sessions with employees so they feel equipped with new knowledge and skills to remain current. Applies expertise to assist in dispersing assignments and reviews assignments for accuracy and quality. Develops strategies for the team to utilize to reach goals.

 Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
•3-5 years of clinical experience and/or minimum 2 years’ experience within a Clinical Information Services Team
• Requires knowledge in business or clinical applications and supporting technology
