Senior Applications Analyst

Job Description

Overview

Apply for a Senior Applications Analyst with IU Health! This will be a hybrid role located at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis with some remote opportunities through the week! The hours will be 8-5p M-F with some on-call rotation and occasional after hours support for upgrades.

This senior-level position is a member of an exciting and fast-paced 12-person team providing support for radiology departments throughout the IU Health system including radiologists, clinicians, administrators, and other analysts.  This position leads projects, assesses end-user needs, provides purchasing and configuration advice, provides installation planning and deployment, provides upgrade and on-going support for cutting-edge imaging applications providing image storage, rendering, retrieval, viewing, dictation, interpretation, post-processing, 3D reconstruction, and artificial intelligence from Nuance, Fujifilm, GE, Siemens, and many other exciting vendors.

We are looking for candidates who have experience in Information systems support in a large organization (>1000 employees). Preferred (but not required):  Radiology or other imaging experience, basic understanding of DICOM and HL7, experience deploying and supporting applications in a hospital environment.


 Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
•5-7 years of experience required.
• Prefers experience with databases or clinical applications.
• Requires knowledge of multi application and system interdependencies.
