Job Description

Overview

Provides program leadership, alignment, and execution oversight while driving successful delivery of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) transformation program. Directs and manages cross-functional team engagement and alignment as it pertains to requirements, scope, and project delivery. Owns integrated plan management, issue / risk / action / decision management, financial management (budget), and general oversight for the ERP transformation program. Serves as the team's interface to Information Services (IS) and business partners and develops strong relationships with vendor teams and vendor management. Responsible for resolving issues, mitigating risks, and escalating issues/risks when appropriate. Provides management insight and facilitates decision making processes by working directly with the program's core leadership team.

 Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Requires 7-10 years of relevant experience related to IT program and project management, IT vendor management, or equivalent work experience.
• Requires the ability to influence change across a matrix organization and collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver solutions.
• Requires a proven track record of customer satisfaction and delivery success and ability to establish and maintain appropriate relationships with business and Information Services (IS) stakeholders.
• Requires proven delivery success on large software implementations and extensive experience in all aspects of the software development life cycle; ERP experience preferred.
• Requires expertise in project management including project planning and estimating, project budgeting, staffing, change control, and status reporting.
