Overview
Leads the strategic oversight and integration of Regulatory, Safety, Quality and Risk Management for the IU Health Ambulatory Surgery Centers. Provides guidance and consultation for Quality and process improvement strategies for System Clinical Services departments. Provides expertise and leadership to facilitate the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of structures and processes to deliver high quality, cost effective, and patient-centered care, and an engaged workforce. Leads prioritization of activities, implementation of standard work, measurement of progress toward goals, and development of internal improvement capabilities. Interfaces with senior clinical and administrative leadership and system team members to execute strategy, and drive change initiatives across the system to help transform IU Health into a highly reliable academic health system that leads the nation in providing value to its patients and communities.
