We have a strong work family atmosphere where you develop collaborative team relationships not only with your teammates, but also with our physicians as we work side by side with them for the best quality outcomes for our patients. We care for both inpatients and outpatients who need specialized surgical needs around the clock. Our teammates help each other out when life outside of work needs you. Currently our Post Anesthesia Care Unit call rotation is eight weekends off and then one weekend on call. You also have one night call shift through the week about once a month. Holiday coverage is 1 Holiday a year covered with call only. We have a robust Unit Based Council that meets regularly to listen to the ideas of our team members and create better processes for patients and team members alike. • Requires current state of Indiana license as a Registered Nurse.
• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
• Requires an Associate of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
