Apply for an Oracle ERP Reporting Developer role with IU Health! This position will be located onsite in downtown Indianapolis with the hours M-F 8a-5p. Remote opportunities will be Monday and Friday. This will be part of the ERP department within the Reporting team!
This role will be responsible for the development and maintenance of finance-focused Oracle Fusion reports. We are looking for candidates with experience in creating Oracle Transactional Business analyses as well as Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher SQL. Prior finance and/or healthcare experience is a plus. Additional duties include but not limited to: Partners with ERP team members and business unit stakeholders to design and query data for analytical purposes, research, and audits. Works with requesting parties to help generate understanding on IU Health’s data constructs, as well as limitations and features of the database relative to their requests. Displays expert-level query abilities and expert level knowledge of Oracle. Works with the IIS team and consultants to assist with optimization of queries and embedding fast and efficient SQL in the IU Health code base. Evaluates existing queries in production environments (code, screens, stored procedures, batch jobs, and reports) and recommends optimization changes to make the data extractions faster and more efficient. Collaborates with internal Data Analysts to extract information (historical and current) from various data sources, compile into one or more reports, and provides insight and context about the results. Provides regular, clear, consistent and articulate communication with IU Health team members and external stakeholders.
The required experience for this employee will be: Oracle Fusions OTB analysis development 1-2years, Business Intelligence Publisher SQL development 1-2years, Microsoft Excel, PowerBI. #LI-SL1
