Job Description

Overview

IU Health is looking for a Senior Project Manager - Team Member Engagement and Experience (Listening & Data Insights)! This role will manage the planning and execution of multiple, complex system-wide projects related to team member engagement and experience, aligning with the IU Health Mission, Human Resources and Learning Institute Strategies!

This role will focus on operationalizing our system-wide engagement strategy, survey design and administration, data analytics and efforts to foster phenomenal team member experiences.

This individual will serve as a subject matter expert on engagement and partner with advisors, project teams, and stakeholders in the business to achieve outcomes.

This person will work to ensure system-wide alignment, continuous improvement, clear communication, meeting deadlines and effective execution.

Our preferred candidate will possess experience with team member engagement, survey design and administration, data analytics, project management and technical skills along with leading large-scale system-wide initiatives.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Human Resources, Organizational/Leadership Development, or equivalent years of experience is required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred.
  • Requires high proficiency with Microsoft Office and demonstrated experience with reporting and presentation tools.
  • Requires 5-7 years of relevant project management experience; healthcare and hospital setting experience preferred.
  • Requires experience working in a large highly matrixed clinical/business organization.
  • Requires the ability to prioritize and process multiple complex projects, deadline and processes with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with Gallup preferred.
