Job Description

Overview

Build your career with IU Health.  We have an outstanding opportunity available for a Continuous Process Improvement Leader to join our Transformation team.

The Continuous Process Improvement Leader Partners with and develops leaders and team members to ensure on-time completion of improvement projects as well as delivers on expected results. Analyzes current conditions of processes utilizing data and lean management (based on Toyota Production and High Reliability Organization principles) capability with leaders and team members. Applies Plan Do Check Act (PDCA) thinking to achieve break through improvement in support of the business unit's strategic goals. Assists departments in best practice standardization and spread, utilizing lean and change management methodology.

 Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Requires 3-5 years of experience leading process improvement in a Lean enterprise, or equivalent experience within IU Health.
• Must meet prerequisites of Transformation competency development model including Business Acumen, Emotional Intelligence, Critical Thinking
• and Process/Change Facilitation.
• Requires proficiency in MS office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
