Apply for an Applications Support Analyst- Intermediate with IU Health! This role will work M-F approx 8-5p with some call rotation! This will be a hybrid role located in Indianapolis and will work remotely 25% of the week. This will be part of the IU Health LifeLine department within the Technology Services team.
This role will support IU Health LifeLine EMS (air and ground) applications and/or technology statewide. This role supports clinical and non-clinical team members utilizing department specific applications and resources. The primary goal is to support department resources to ensure safe and efficient patient transport and team member experiences supporting IU Health Mission, Vision and Values. Other duties include but not limited to provides end user support using pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of moderately complex and non-standard requests and issues under moderate level of guidance and direction. Works closely with technical and business team members to conduct problem research, root cause analysis and issue resolution. Participates in the implementation of application upgrades and installation of new releases. Maintains working knowledge of applications within their domain. Contributes to the overall support knowledgebase and training to other business and IT team members. Prioritizes and organizes own work.
We are looking for candidates who have experience with application-level support including primary support owner required with experience in Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) applications preferred. Additional knowledge and experience with SQL support, public safety radio equipment including programing and network connectivity troubleshooting preferred. This role will have a dynamic role supporting 1-2 applications, some hardware resources related to ambulances/aircraft and cross covering additional team members supporting other applications.

• Requires Experience implementing or supporting applications. Ex. ERP, HR Payroll and Finance.
• Requires experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Vizio, Word).
