This position is with the Indiana Poison Center. Hours and working days are flexible, but will generally be M-F 0830-1700. Remote work is available and strongly supported; some projects and duties may require occasional working days at Methodist Hospital.
The Project Manager leads moderately- to highly-complex strategic projects, typically encompassing multiple applications and business areas, to successful and timely completion. This role will work closely with the Managing Director, Medical Director, and other staff of the Indiana Poison Center to facilitate current and future state business and clinical processes, requirements, and policies. The incumbent will have a thorough understanding of project and departmental goals, scope, and objectives, and effectively incorporate other team members while providing day-to-day coordination, communications, and issue resolution related to specific projects.
This position requires intermediate-level proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat; advanced proficiency is preferred. Candidates with experience in healthcare organizations, state or federal agencies, or non-profit organizations are encouraged to apply.
