Apply for an Intermediate Information Services Administrator with IU Health! This position will work M-F approx 8-5pm with some weekends/on-call every 15 weeks. The onsite expectation (in Indianapolis) will be twice a week and the rest of the week remote! This will be part of the Enterprise Business Applications (EBA) department within the EBA Application Support team.
This position will provide you an opportunity to be able work with a variety of different technologies and applications. Other duties include but not limited to provides support for upgrades, and acts as a vendor liaison for assigned area under general supervision. Supports the installation, maintenance, configuration and integrity of computer software. Implements operating system enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the system. Ensures that technology components meet the application performance needs and complies with the organizational strategy of the organization. Standardizes processes and procedures that are derived from working with other technical and application staff within the organization and monitors and controls the performance of the application. Identifies system enhancements and resolves day-to-day technical problems with the business systems. Maintains awareness of technical innovations and potential system level improvements.

• 3-5 years of experience required including using SalesForce, SQL, and PowerShell.
• Requires business process understanding; preferable in the health care environment.
• Requires comprehensive experience in security design tools.
• Requires demonstrated competency in developing efficient and effective solutions to diverse and complex business problems.
