Overview
The Cardiovascular Administrative Director-Service Line serves as an influential and strategic leader across the service line, this position is responsible for the long-term vision and execution of patient service integration across the core departments for the assigned service line. The leader is responsible in increasing market share by leading collaborative and strategic partnerships with program leaders, hospital leadership and physicians to optimize patient experience in results, efficiencies and value. The Administrative Director will lead the execution of the strategic plan for growing the Cardiovascular service line in the West Central Region. Through the incumbent's efforts, the service line will become known as a preeminent level of service in the community and a value-based options seek out when deciding upon their healthcare needs. The service line is inclusive of inpatient and outpatient cardiovascular services.
Bachelors Degree required in business administration, healthcare administration or related field.
• Masters Preferred.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience required.
• Knowledge and experience in designated service line area.
• Familiarity with current research on appropriate level of care for assigned service level.• Clinic and hospital operations experience preferred.#LI-SL1
