About the Position:

Have you worked in a fast paced ED setting? Then working as a Registered Respiratory Therapist at Riley Children's Hospital -North is your perfect opportunity!
Our Respiratory Therapists work collaboratively with our patients, nurses, physicians and many other disciplines to design the best individualized care for each our patients. Successful team members will enjoy a values-based environment and be comfortable working with a diverse patient population. We have unit-based opportunities once team members are trained.
Respiratory therapists provide evidence-based best practice including the latest technologies and therapies. We offer continuing education and professional development opportunities on a routine basis. We have opportunities for growth internally through Advanced Therapist, Clinical Specialist and ECMO technician positions. Our team is responsible for airway management, code response and ventilator management, in addition to providing all respiratory therapy modalities through our inpatient spaces. You will work to full extent of your licensure utilizing several respiratory-driven protocols. We are a staff-led department with endless opportunities for shared leadership and quality improvement.
*** Experience in a NICU L & D / PICU preferred.
