Apply for a Team Lead- Information Services opening with IU Health! The hours will be M-F approx 8-5pm with some on-call rotation. This will be a hybrid work schedule with onsite responsibilities in Indianapolis as well as some remote opportunities throughout the week! This role will be part of the IS Core Clinical Applications department within the Cerner Orders team. This will be a full time fully benefited position.
This team is responsible for maintaining Cerner order entry as well as Cerner RadNet for IU Health hospitals and clinics across the state. Other duties include but not limited to oversees day-to-day functions within a team and provides advice and guidance as necessary. Conducts training sessions with employees so they feel equipped with new knowledge and skills to remain current. Utilizes expertise to assist in dispersing assignments and reviews assignments for accuracy and quality. Develops strategies for the team to utilize to reach goals.

•3-5 years of experience working as a Clinical Analyst, Applications Analyst, and/or Team Lead
•Requires knowledge in business or clinical applications and supporting technology including electronic Health record experience (Cerner preferable) including application support and project/leadership oversight
