The Manager - Financial Reporting and Budgeting (Financial Analytics Team) is a full-time position reporting to the Vice President of Strategic Financial Planning. Manages a team of analysts who lead the preparation of financial and operational analyses at a system level. This position in part manages the team, and in part is involved heavily in work, being responsible for specific assignments. It is expected that this role will spend 25% of the time managing, and 75% creating work product.

The person in this position demonstrates initiative and creativity in accessing, aggregating and analyzing data. Prepares advanced-level analytics and reports that support clinical and operational programs and activities. Works independently and collaboratively with all levels of employees. Support will be provided to customers and colleagues in managing and interpreting data. This position requires the ability to engage in systematic problem solving and innovative thinking, attention to detail, customer focus, excellent communication, effective planning and organizational skills, with a tolerance for ambiguity, changing and competing priorities, and unexpected events.

• BA or BS in related field required; MBA or MHA preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Motivated and self-driven with an eye towards continuous process improvement 
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential
• Ability to work with other functional groups
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Ability to be agile and thrive in a fast paced environment
• Seven+ years of financial and operational analysis experience, with at least three years of experience in the healthcare industry
