Senior Customer Insights Analyst

Job Description

Overview

The Senior Customer Insight Analyst role represents the voice of the customer to all levels of the organization, uncovering deep insights into the customer's attitudes and behaviors using secondary research as well as qualitative and quantitative primary research techniques. Supports the marketing team and other teams at IU Health, working on projects including brand health, positioning, advertising, loyalty, and other projects that support the brand planning and strategic planning processes. Coordinates and manages qualitative and quantitative primary and secondary market research projects. Drives research to fully understand the behavior, attitudes, and needs of patients of different service lines to bring actionable insights to help leaders optimize operations and communications with the goal of patient preference and loyalty.  This position has a Hybrid schedule. 

 Bachelors Degree required.
• Masters Degree preferred.
•Requires 3-5 years of relevant experience in market research, analysis, and storytelling.
• Requires experience and thorough knowledge of analytics; quantitative and qualitative research methods; market research methodologies; study design; questionnaire design and data interpretation.
