Overview
Assesses the effectiveness and efficiency of the financial/operational control environment. Facilitates process improvement in accordance with the International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing. Assists in providing consultation on project management, system implementation, and related policy/procedure development. Assists in reasonably assuring associated compliance, Enterprise Risk Management, and IT risks are adequately addressed. Communicates observations and collaborates with appropriate levels of management to facilitate effective business solutions for low to medium complexity issues. Monitors the status of outstanding issues to verify resolution is appropriate, timely, and sustained. Assists with the supervision of Audit Services staff members to ensure the quality of engagement performance and results.
