The Non-Clinical Talent Acquisition Manager leads and manages a team of twelve, remote recruiters who own a comprehensive talent acquisition (TA) process which includes workforce planning strategies, campus recruiting, posting positions, reviewing applicants, scheduling interviews, candidate selections, pre-hire preparation, and ensuring successful arrivals on first dates of employment for designates region/area. The TA Manager partners with customers/leaders to design and execute best practice recruiting strategies, and works with direct reports to conduct workforce planning analysis to ensure the right recruiting strategies are in place and being executed effectively. Ensures team members consistently apply basic total rewards strategies to ensure compensation package is market competitive for the position, aligns with customer expectations, and aligns with candidate skills and abilities. Coaches and assists direct reports as they work with leaders to complete TA process. Serves as a trusted resource for leaders they support, and addresses high priority, sensitive issues as needed.
This position is remote with some occasional onsite meeting requirements.
