We have an exciting nursing opportunity available covering with Urgent Care facilities in Bloomington! Staff work together in a team-based model and encompass compassion, purpose, and excellence in their care.

Experienced RNs are welcome to apply! Some prior leadership experience is required. Previous emergency department or ICU experience preferred.

The individual in this role may: Manage clinical outcomes, cost, customer satisfaction and administrative efforts in the daily care assignment and in the operations of the unit. Coordinate care and administration support for a patient population of high acuity patients of all ages within their department. Serve as the clinical expert to assigned staff and is a strong unit leader and performs unit and system leadership activities as necessary.
