Job Description

Overview

This position exists for such duties as may be assigned or delegated to provide service designed to meet the needs of applicable components, i.e., plan, research and coordinate projects, compile reports and research and analyze specific operational procedures and problems as assigned.
 Requires Masters in Health Administration; Business Administration or equivalent.
• Requires experience in a health care setting.
• Requires work experience in organizational operation level projects.
• Requires knowledge of financial management processes.
• Requires knowledge of capital and operating budget preparation and monitoring.
• Requires excellent interpersonal; communication and presentation skills.
• Requires ability to develop strong collaborative relationship with management staff.
• Requires ability to analyze problems and opportunities for improvement.
• Requires critical thinking skills and ability to track and perform multiple tasks.
• Requires ability to facilitate and lead work groups.
• Requires ability to synthesize information and data from various medical and business sources.
• Requires ability to promote teamwork and build relationship skills including meeting management and consensus building.
• Requires ability to take initiative and meet objectives.
