Job Description
Overview
The Analyst-Information Services Data Intermediate position will work closely with leaders across the health system, with the goal of reporting and discovering high level insights. The candidate will create and monitor existing KPIs, pull data from various sources, and create Power BI dashboards. Other duties include but not limited to providing data analysis and database management support to programs and initiatives. Serves as a resource person to all levels of management in reviewing, understanding, and analyzing data for performance improvement initiatives. Provides data analysis support, report generation, data validation, and serves as an expert user, providing training for additional system users. This role has a Hybrid work schedule, 4 days at home, 1 day on site weekly.
•3-5 years of experience required.
• Requires knowledge of SQL programming.

- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience required.
