Overview
This position specifically supports the WaveMark point-of-use (POU) supply management system implementation. WaveMark is designed to support an optimized supply chain, using RFID, that can drive more effective patient care at the lowest operational cost. The RFID technology allows these procedural departments (primarily Interventional Radiology, Cath Lab, Operating Rooms and Surgery Centers) more real-time visibility to their stock on hand, and automates their replenishment process as well. These interfaces and touch points allow us to develop and manage positive relationships with individuals in the clinical space, revenue cycle, finance and supply chain. You will serve as the primary liaison for your region to ensure implementation and ongoing needs are met. Rounding within your region is expected. Responsibilities include: educating sites on supply chain best practices, proprietary ordering systems, and the fundamentals of procure-to-pay process in order to maximize opportunities and streamline operations. Contributes in evaluation, monitoring, analysis and implementation of standardization efforts. Contributes in development and maintenance of training materials and standard work.
