Job Description

Overview

The Director of Practice Operations provides leadership, direction and continuous improvement for all aspects of practice operations of the organization. Provides direction to develop, recommend and implement programs, consistent policies, procedures, processes and practice standards across all the organization's practice locations. Participates in operational and strategic planning and the attainment of goals of the practices. 

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's Degree is required. Master of Health Administration or Master of Business Administration degree preferred.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience is required, specialty practice experience preferred.
• Requires knowledge of state and federal laws relative to the assigned area.
