IU Health has exciting nursing opportunities in our East Central Region Acute Medical Unit. Our magnet-designated hospital specializes in multi-specialty patients.

Progressive Care/Acute Medical Unit: This 17 bed unit is committed to delivering the best, high quality, compassionate care to all patients. On AMU, we utilize a team approach consisting of nurses, physicians, patient care assistants, case managers, and unit support staff. Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Requires an Associate of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Requires current state of Indiana license as a Registered Nurse.
• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
