Job Description

Overview

Ensures daily pick plans are validated for accuracy, recorded in the log and picked in accordance with the operation schedule. Facilitate the delivery of supplies to the appropriate destination by ensuring product is staged in accordance with the delivery schedule. Maintains a detailed on time delivery record of truck arrival times at each medical facility. Corrects all shipment discrepancies to medical facilities in a timely manner. Assists in ensuring trucks are being loaded in accordance with the delivery schedule. Receives all non PO ground and priority packages in a timely manner. Reconciles all zero pick with the Specialist to ensure inventory accuracy. Researches and reconciles all customer inquires pertaining to PO and non PO deliveries
 High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required.
• Bachelors degree referred or 7 to 9 Years of relevant experience in lieu of degree is required.
• Some assignments may be required to obtain Material Handling Safety Training certification within 30 days of hire.
• Requires knowledge of ERP or Warehouse Management Systems.
• Requires experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Some assignments may require the ability to operate manual and motorized material handling equipment.
• Requires long periods of standing and heavy pushing and pulling.
• Requires the continuous ability to: lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist; lift up to 20 pounds from waist to over-the-head; carry up to 25 pounds. Prefer experience in dental practice management
