Job Description

Overview

Collaborates with key stakeholders to capture and act on feedback as it relates to needs and gaps in talent processes. Conducts research to help IU Health design and build best in class talent processes and resources. Interacts with a variety of constituents to co-create talent management processes to support IU Health leaders and team members. Makes recommendation for continuous improvement efforts related to talent processes. Assists with development and deployment of content and training materials related to key projects. Supports and manages the data and analytics efforts within the Learning Institute.

 Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational/Leadership Development, Business, Psychology, Management, related field, or equivalent years of experience is required.
• 0-3 years of related Org Development experience is required.
• Experience working independently or with minimal direction on assigned projects is required.
• Knowledge of human resource management and program development is preferred.
• Experience working in a complex business environment is preferred.
