Apply for a Project Manager - Information Services role with IU Health! The working hours will be M-F approx 8:30am-5pm with no on-call rotation and no weekend. This will be a hybrid schedule with onsite responsibilities in the Landmark Building as well as weekly remote opportunities! This role will be part of the IIS PMO department within the Clinical Project Management team.
The Project Manager provides project management support for multiple concurrent projects, monitoring progress, and delivering end results. Effectively coordinate the efforts of project teams with limited supervision to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment. We are seeking candidates who have high emotional intelligence and can gather appropriate information and input to present to leaders. This includes being Articulate in written and oral communication including facilitation and presenting, experienced exhibiting professional judgment and diplomacy, and possessing strong time/task management skills. #LI-SLI

• 3-5 years of Project Management required preferably in the IT field within a matrix organization/complex work environment.
• Requires an understanding of the Information Management principles, IT processes, SDLC, architecture and technologies adopted by an organization.
• Required experience with enterprise PPM (Project and Portfolio Management) tools.
• Strong working skills with MS Office tools such as MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Vizio etc. is preferred.
• Preferred experience with contractor and vendor management.
• Requires a demonstrated fundamental understanding of project accounting and financial management.
