Overview

Apply for a RCIS Systems Specialist role with IU Health! The working hours will be M-F approx 8-5pm with some on-call rotation. This will be a hybrid schedule with onsite responsibilities in Indianapolis as well as weekly remote opportunities! This role will be part of the RCIS (Revenue Cycle Information Services) department.

This position serves as liaison between Revenue Cycle business operations and Revenue Cycle Information Services to provide technical solutions that effectively meet user needs. Possess expertise in the business unit(s), as well as, an understanding of the IT organization's systems, and capabilities. Analyze the business processes, understand the desired results of requests, compare request against application library to determine if a current solution/application may be a viable solution to avoid redundancy, be able to do a high level technical analysis, and assist in determining the best path to desired results

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration; Healthcare Administration; Information Services preferred; or equivalent experience. Requires good working knowledge skills with Microsoft Office Products. Requires in-depth knowledge of Revenue Cycle processes and information systems.
