Apply for a Senior Solution Architect (Salesforce) with IU Health! This role will work M-F approx 8a-5pm and will be located onsite in Indianapolis with some remote opportunities available throughout the week! This will be part of the Enterprise Business Applications IS department within the Salesforce team.
IU Health’s software engineering team develops the next-generation technologies that change how our patients interact with their doctors, and how our doctors and staff interact with the business. Our products need to do more than serve webpages or crunch numbers, they need to discover the best options for our customers in an ever changing and technologically challenging environment of customers and sources. As a Solution Architect, you will own the integrity and strength of the solutions recommended. You’ll be viewed as a trusted advisor to our team and clients, and an effective mentor for other Salesforce professionals working alongside you. You will need a deep understanding of the Salesforce platforms. #LI-SLI

• Demonstrates 5-7 years of development experience plus a minimum of 3 - 5 additional years of specific architecture experience including knowledge of Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud (experience with API architecture and middleware technologies is also required).
• Certifications are preferred to help demonstrate depth and breadth of expertise.
• Requires extensive experience in architecture design and optimization techniques.
• Requires experience leading multiple project in a mid-to-large size organization, leading virtual teams, facilitating constructive debate and driving outcomes within time and budget constraints.

- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience (requires good logical/critical thinking skills, decisive judgement, good communication and commitment to the project results and team success as well as knowledge of programming logic and relationship database concepts.)
