Apply for a Senior Information Services Support Analyst with IU Health! This role will work M-F approx 8a-5p and will include both onsite (Indianapolis) and remote opportunities throughout the week! This will be part of the Enterprise Business Applications (EBA) department within the Business Analyst Team.

We are looking for experienced Quality Assurance professionals to join the Enterprise Business Applications (EBA) QA team. The QA team is responsible for ensuring our custom developed applications meet our quality standards. Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure product quality meets expectations
  • Documenting testing plans and procedures
  • Maintaining test assets (test cases, test suites, plans, test summary reports)
  • Executing of test scripts
  • Working with Business Analysts, Developers, and Project Managers to ensure quality is built into our applications
  • Test automation experience is preferred but not required
  • Experience working with Azure DevOps or Jira is preferred

Other duties include but not limited to provides end user support using pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of complex, unstructured and non-standard requests and issues under minimal guidance. Works collaboratively with technical and business team members to conduct problem research, root cause analysis and issue resolution. Provides explanations and information to others on the most difficult issues. Assists in the planning of application upgrades and installation of new releases. Maintains working knowledge of applications within their domain. Acts as a resource for others with less experience. Coaches, provides feedback and guides others. #LI-SLI


 Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of experience required (Including: Manual QA Testing, Experience testing web based application, experience testing APIs)
• Requires Experience implementing or supporting applications. Ex. ERP, HR payroll Finance.
• Requires experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Vizio, Word).
• Requires experience facilitating/ leading requirement gathering sessions.
