Apply for an Informatica Production Support Analyst with IU Health! This role will work M-F approx. 8-5p with some on-call requirements. The work location will eventually be downtown Indianapolis but will work functionally remote until further notice. This will be part of the IU Health Plans- IS department within the IU Health Plan IS Production Support team.
We are looking for Informatica Production Support Analysts who will be responsible supporting our Informatica, FTP, and other jobs. This role will be working with other production support analysts and Informatica developers. Other duties include but not limited to provides end user support using pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of moderately complex and non-standard requests and issues under moderate level of guidance and direction. Works collaboratively with technical and business team members to conduct problem research, root cause analysis and issue resolution. Participates in the implementation of application upgrades and installation of new releases. Maintains working knowledge of applications within their domain. Contributes to the overall support knowledgebase and training to other business and IT team members. Prioritizes and organizes own work. #LI-SLI
Must have skills/experience:
2-3 years of Informatica Cloud/PowerCenter production support experience.
2-3 years of experience in writing Batch Scripts or having experience of any Object oriented language.
2-3 years of Oracle Database Experience
1-2 years of SQLs writing knowledge
Experience in working on multiple tasks at same time and able to manage the competing priorities.
Experience in doing reverse engineering to analyze the production issues and preparing the detailed analysis.
Motivated to learn new technologies in cloud space.
Preferred experience:
Bachelor’s degree
Informatica Cloud development experience
DevOps experience
Basic understanding of PowerBI
Experience of Microsoft Azure
Experience of Cherwell
Health Insurance domain experience
